I hadn’t ridden my bike in a year and the trail was perfect for me – long enough to get a workout but no long climbs or rough terrain. You do have to be able to lift your bike to chest height to get over a couple of obsticals. Good news since your post – the downed trees after you cross back into the park at the end of the circuit have all been cut up and stacked neatly on the side of the road.
